Who We Are
Pastor Femi Oyesanya
We are a church that believes in the inerrancy of the word of God and in the power of God to transform lives through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The transformation we experience comes when God forgives us of our sins and makes us righteous in Christ. So, we become partakers of God’s divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). We believe the Gospel gives us access to the blessings of God. Our continual desire is to lead people to Christ, and to support believers in their walk with Christ.
Faith Portal began in North Dallas, TX. It is a result of the heartfelt zeal to participate in the work of the gospel of Christ (Matthew 9:37-38; Luke 10:2). We believe that all people need Christ. In John 3:16 we read, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. The Way, the Truth, and the Life human race needs are in Christ Jesus (John 14:6). Jesus is the solution to sin and depravation in the world.
Join us as we study the word of God and worship Him in the beauty of holiness. The Bible declares, Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! We look forward to meeting you on your visit.
Mission
Our mission is to evangelize people, equip them, and employ them for God’s service, as well as to emulate Jesus Christ, Who is the Author and Finisher of our faith.
Vision
Our vision is to be identified as a church that preaches the Word of God and stands on its authority, leads people to Jesus, and supports believers in their walk.
